I have been attempting to reach my billing company (Hughes Billing) whom I have been with since day one, because no one has been able to join my site the past couple weeks and I have not received payments due to me, or statements. I tried calling them again today and their phone has been dis-connected. I am so pissed! They owe me approx. 600.00 and lost sales. It may not seem like a lot to some, and could be worse, but it is huge for me. They gave no notice at all which really makes me mad, and makes me think that they are planning bankruptcy which will protect them from paying anything to us clients.
PLEASE cancel your membership to my site and re-new if you wish when I am up and running with my new billing company. Worse case is that you may be out 20.00 if you are a recurring member. If you should find yourself out money because of this, please let me know. I am not sure what I can do except give you a comp membership for what you lost when I am set up again. I have records of every member who has joined, so there will be no conflict with me.
My webmaster Dro and I have been working on adding my new billing company and it will be ready soon. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, trust me when I say I am so pissed!
